Neon Mash

~nothing to disclose~

Morning! I have a quick mani from my vault to share this morning. Sorry for lack of posts this week, I am doing a 3 day hydration treatment for my cuticles. You can stay update on me, if I ever go days without posting, by following me on Instagram or Facebook. I have my second polish from Polish Me Silly today, I really love the neon glitters and color combination of this polish, Monster Mash.

I wore this mani for about 3 days, I absolutely love the neon purple and the blue and lime green go so well together! I was also excited to try out my neon Mundo stamping polishes, and love how perfect the colors all match. Seeing this mani again is now really getting me excited for neon season :D

BPS, Palm Tree Stickers

~Press Sample~

Morning, how was your weekend? I have a review of nail stickers by Born Pretty Store. Below you can see the gorgeous design that I choose. I just couldn't say no to this purple sunset design. One thing to mention is that the colors are not as vibrant as BPS shows on their product page. They become even less brighter once applied to the nail, check it out below.

born pretty store nail stickers glow in the dark review application design mani

These are also glow in the dark! Below is the best picture I could capture of the glow, it is much more vibrant in person.

One thing you may notice is that these have a lot shimmer to them, which I love, but on their product page it does not show the shimmer. The application was rather simple, but I feel like you get more bubbles on nails that are more curved, like my pointer finger. Also the given is that you see how see thru these stickers are, no where in the directions does it mention to apply a base color. My last thought is that the design would work much better for longer nails since the palm trees get cut off at the tip of my nails, if you had shorter nails then mine you would not get any of the design.

In the end I like the concept behind these stickers and they are quick way for some great nail art. I will have to give another try at a different sticker design to see maybe the issue are with this design only or not. Let me know below if you have had success with their nail stickers!

These stickers are easy to apply and give you a fun design, you can find them here. The Born Pretty Store really has so much to offer in nail art items, they also offer free International shipping. Make sure to use my coupon code below for 10% off!!

Freehand Herringbone

~nothing to disclose~

It's finally Friday! Have you ever noticed how bad I always want the weekend? lol It's only going to  get worse when it's summer time too. Now for my mani today, I attempted free handing herringbone pattern. I had help doing this from two pins, you can view here and here. I had to use both together since I felt like one missed a step and the other was more clear. Nonetheless it turned out, check it out below!

After getting the hang of free handing the herringbone it actually is simple. I thought these two colors look so cool together, they are actually both striping polishes.
Have a wonderful weekend!

Shimmer Jennifer

 photo me_zps76cb00ed.png photo button_zpsc89bd61d.png

Morning lovelies! I have a PSA this morning for anyone ever considering moving to Michigan. Here is a taste of our weather, mid march with 40 degrees yesterday and this morning woke up to 5 inches of snow... DON'T MOVE HERE! I am so over winter at this point, anyone else experiencing this type of weather? Anyways, we are already half way thru Shimmer week :(. Not to worry tho still few more days full of glitter! Today I have Jennifer which is a soft blue, periwinkle glitter polish.

When I have a glitter base I always love adding a dot gradient on top, which is what I decided to do with Jennifer

I would have to say this is the most interesting color combination for a glitter. This is another reason why I love Shimmer polishes, they are very unique.
